What is Vibratory Bag Compaction?
Vibratory Bag Compaction is a ground improvement technology that condenses clean, cohesive granular soil with a down whole vibrator. A vibratory Compaction is a heavy-duty machine that uses a plate or roller mechanism to compact soil, asphalt or concrete. The main purpose of a vibratory compactor is to create a dense substrate. Power Supply of Vibratory Compaction
Pneumatic power typically uses our VMSAC Air Cushion Piston Vibrators which are manufactured here in Cleveland Vibrators. It is an economical choice for applications occurring in hazardous environments. However, this power supply is limited to light design loads, typically around 2,000 lbs. Maximum load capacity.
Electric Power RE utilizes rotary electric vibrators for tough applications that involve greater load capacity. Rotary electric vibrators can handle up to 20,000 lbs.
