What is Vibratory Screener?

How Vibratory Screener Works?
In a vibrating screener, the screener surface with the desired screener opening (screener deck) is vibrated by the vibrator assembly/exciter. They separate sizes from 300 mm to 45 µm and are used in a variety of sizing, grading, scalping, dewatering, wet screener, and washing applications.
When a small rock is to be classified a vibrating screen will be used.
