What is Bin Activator?

We design Bin Activator which is mostly used in process industries to move dry bulk material from storage on demand. The bin activator consists of a vibrating cone that replaces a large portion of the standard fixed cone that was suspended under the bin. It is a vibrating bin Activator which is mounted in the outlet cone of silo and hopper. Help remove dried product from the silo by preventing it from bridging or rat-holding.

How Bin Activator Works?

Bin Activator is a device of slender conical shape and due to that the vibration facilitates the flow of material from the hopper or silo. The difficulty of the lower conical section of the bin is replaced by a bin dispenser with a relatively flat dispensing head and baffles. The cone baffle bin releases the load of material from the bottom of the activators and acts like a wedge. The material pushes it to the surface of the cone in all areas. The force is also transmitted to the material in the upper part of the bin as the motion is carried from the material to the material.
