Vibratory Conveyors consist of troughs or tubes that are flexibly supported and vibrated by mechanical or electrical means to convey objects or bulk materials; Vibration occurs in an inclined, elliptical pattern causing directional as well as upward movement of the material.

A vibratory conveyor is used to move a variety of bulk materials along a trough with a uniform and consistent flow. A vibrating conveyor is a robust conveying device used for moving fine to coarse-grained bulk materials. Whether it is a powdery material, gravel, or thick curtains. They are very durable because these materials are passed on a level plane.

How it Work

The vibratory conveyor moves upward at a sinusoidal angle to the direction of transport. With each forward feed, it picks up the material based on the cast parameter and pushes it in the desired direction. During reverse, the material remains motionless due to its inertia and the downward direction of the conveyor.

With each additional forward vibration, the material continuously moves forward. This process is repeated depending on the frequency of the vibrator drive. The material feed speed is determined by the amplitude range and the frequency of vibration of the conveyor.
